Recipe  – Rooh Afza Milk Drink

Ingredients

  • Roof Afza Syrup: 2 Teaspoon
  • Milk: 2 Cup

Method

  • Rooh Afza syrup is already sweet. You can just add this in cold water or milk, mix it well.
  • Serve in glasses over ice cubes.

Ingredients

  • Plain Curd or Yogurt: ½ cup
  • Chikoo pieces: 1 chop, chopped
  • Water: 1 Cup
  • Sugar: ¼ Cup
  • Cardamom powder (Elaichi): 1 pinch (optional)
  • Pistachios: a few pieces
  • Ice Cubes: 5-6

Method

  • Blend curd, Chikoo pieces, water, sugar, cardamom powder until smooth puree.
  • Pour into glasses over ice cubes.
  • Garnish with pistachios.
  • Serve immediately.

Recipe – Mango Orange Fruit Punch

Recipe – Mango Orange Fruit Punch / Mango-Orange Juice

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • Ripe Mango: 1 large
  • Orange: 4 small Oranges
  • Lemon Juice: a few drops or as per taste
  • Water: 4 Cups
  • Sugar: ¼ Cup or as required
  • Black Salt: 1 Teaspoon
  • Ice Cubes: as required

Method

  • Peel the mango, discard the seed and chop into small pieces.
  • Peel the oranges, discard the seeds and collect the pulp.
  • Blend mango pieces with orange pulp, lemon juice, salt, sugar and water to smooth puree.
  • Pour mixture through a sieve into a bowl, pressing hard on solids, if any.
  • Serve juice over ice, in a glass.

Cooling Time: 30 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • Plain Curd or Yogurt: 1 cup
  • Water: 1 Cup
  • Roasted Cumin Powder: ¼ Teaspoon
  • Black Salt: ¼ Teaspoon or as required
  • Black Pepper Powder: ¼ Teaspoon
  • Mint Leaves: 3-4
  • Ice Cubes: 5-6

Method

  • Blend curd with water, black salt, black pepper powder and cumin powder.
  • Transfer it to a container.
  • Slightly grind the mint leaves in a bowl and add it in the chaas.
  • If curd and water is not cool, keep it in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • While serving, pour into glasses over ice cubes.
